If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services within 72hrs
Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the barcode off the incorrect item you have received.
Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days. And the product must be UNOPENED and in its original packaging.

If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, exchanges can be made providing you contact customer services within 7 days. And the item must be unopened in its original packaging, with seal attached ALL postages are non-refundable.

If you have ordered the wrong item and require a Refund, then you must notify customer services within 7 days. Please note all Postage will be None refundable. The refund will be provided once item is returned back in its original condition.

You will need to contact Iceberg Supplements within 24 hrs via email or via phone. if the item has not been dispatched we can cancel and refund within 2-3 working days however if the products have already been dispatched you will have to pay postage for the return items. once item is received and is in the same original packaging and in perfect condition as received. we will then issue a refund excluding postage cost.
